How it works
How investing works
Five steps, in this order
- 1
Verify your identity
Passport or ID, a selfie check and sanctions screening. About three minutes, done once.
- 2
Connect your own wallet
MetaMask or any WalletConnect wallet. Your tokens and keys never leave it.
- 3
Buy tokens with USDT
Purchases run through a licensed ICO portal. From $100 per building.
- 4
Collect rent monthly
Each building's net rent is snapshotted at month end. Claim your share in USDT.
- 5
Stake if you want more
Optionally lock tokens for 90–730 days for extra rewards from a pre-funded pool.
Where returns come from
Two returns. Two sources. Never mixed.
Net rent, paid monthly
Each month the building's costs and reserves come off the rent it collected. What's left — net distributable income — is split across every issued token.
your share = NDI × your tokens ÷ issued tokens
Extra for locking tokens
Lock tokens for a fixed term and earn USDT from a reward pool the issuer funds before staking opens. Rates are targets; when a pool is empty, rewards stop. Staked tokens keep earning rent.

Every contract is audited before it touches mainnet.
Verified wallets only
Tokens move only between wallets that passed KYC and country checks.
Emergency pause
Sales, transfers or claims can be paused if something looks wrong.

We never store private keys or seed phrases. Ever.
Legal structure
Who holds what
Investors
Verified wallets in eligible countries
Property tokens
One fixed-supply BEP-20 per building
Property SPVs
One company per building. An independent trustee holds its shares for token holders.
Buildings
Tenants pay rent to the SPV, which pays costs, keeps reserves and distributes the rest
Platform operator
Runs the website, identity checks and smart contracts. Never holds investor funds or keys, and cannot move tokens out of your wallet.
Trustee
An independent firm that holds each SPV's shares and enforces holders' rights if the operator or property manager fails.
ICO portal
Sales run through a licensed portal that checks every buyer before the contract accepts their USDT.
Smart contracts
Ten contracts, each with one job

Risk disclosure
Read this before you invest
You can lose money
Rent can fall or stop if tenants leave, default or the market weakens. Nothing on this platform is guaranteed.
Tokens are not property
A token is a contractual right to a share of net rent. It does not make you an owner of the land or building, and you cannot occupy or sell the building.
Staking rewards can end
Rewards come from pools funded in advance. Rates are targets; when a pool is empty, rewards stop.
Selling may be hard
Tokens can only move between verified wallets. There may be no buyer when you want to sell.
Currency movements
Rent is collected in local currency and paid in USDT. Exchange rates change what you receive.
Stablecoin and smart contract risk
USDT could lose its peg. Audited contracts can still contain bugs. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Rules change
Laws on digital investment tokens differ by country and are still evolving. An offering open to you today may close to new investors later.
